Hysterectomy or Hormones?

The above video discusses the use of bioidentical hormones as a means of negating the need for hysterectomy in many cases.  For many women, hormone imbalance, most commonly estrogen dominance, produces or worsens problems such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and ovarian cysts.  Unfortunately, for women with these issues, the first and only recommendation is often partial or complete hysterectomy.  For many though, simply correcting hormone balance through bioidentical hormone supplementation and lifestyle changes to avoid sources of exogenous estrogens (estrogen and estrogen-like chemicals found in our food and water supply) will correct or at least dramatically reduce symptoms of these gynecological problems and negate the need for surgery.
