Acid Reflux Indigestion Heartburn Solutions
This video of a segment from “The View” gives some great basic tips on how to eat to alleviate acid reflux. Generally speaking, a diet high in fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein sources, and gluten-free grains will actually eliminate acid reflux in the vast majority of cases. Simply by making healthy food choices and avoiding over-eating most people can eliminate GERD and acid reflux without taking drugs or even supplements such as digestive enzymes. On the other hand, if you persist with eating an unhealthy diet, eating excessively (to the point of being uncomfortably full), and/or drinking excessively (particularly at the same time you eat), there’s nothing you can do to completely control acid reflux symptoms. No supplement, no drug, no surgery will fully compensate for self-imposed damage. The choice is yours.
