The above video gives a basic overview of the Ayurvedic system of healing that originated in India thousands of years ago.  Ayurveda recognizes that different individuals require different diets, herbs, exercises, and even personal relationships based on their “doshas”, which are variations in energy balance.  Every person’s energetic characteristics fall primarily into one of three doshas: vata, pitta, or kapha.
