The Benefits Of Vitamin D

The above video discusses the importance of Vitamin D from a number of health standpoints.  Not only is Vitamin D important from the standpoint of bone health, but recent findings indicate that it plays a role in the prevention of certain cancers, it eases depression, and as I mentioned in my recent post on autism, it appears to help the body neutralize toxins, especially mercury and other heavy metals.
